With the Google Fit™ app, you can set daily fitness goals and see how close you are to achieving them. Fit tracks steps, time, distance, and calories.
To see your day's activity progress
- Press the side power button to open the apps menu, and find and tap Fit.
- Swipe up to see details of your activity Today: You can tap the different details to see more information.
You can also use the app to see your current heart rate: Swipe up to find and tap the heart icon.
You can add new fitness goals by tapping Add goal.
