How do I reset my Polar V800?
To reset your V800:
To soft reset
Press all 4 corner buttons simultaneously, and keep them down until the Polar logo displayed. Try connecting to FlowSync now.
All data that you have synced from V800 to your Flow account is safe.
If none of the above steps didn't help resolve the connection issue, perform a factory reset. All data that you have synced from V800 to your Flow account is safe.
Factory reset disconnects V800 from your user account and deletes all data on the device.
To factory reset
- Plug in V800 to your computer’s USB port and go to FlowSync software.
- Click(Settings) and FACTORY RESET. It takes a moment to the restore factory settings. Then unplug the V800 and plug it again.
- Once Flow web service landing page opens, select Sign in and use your existing credentials to log in.
- Accept the settings and press Done in the end.
