How do I create training targets?
Starting with Polar Flow app v.3.2 you can create training targets on your mobile.
Create quick target
- Go to Training calendar view.
- Hit the plus button on the upper right corner of the view.
- Choose Add quick target on the pop-up window.
- Specify your target by distance or duration or calories. Then choose your sport and the rest of the target specs.

- Finally tap Create target and your target is added to your training calendar view.
Create phased target
- Go to Training calendar view.
- Hit the plus button on the upper right corner of the view.
- Choose Add phased target on the pop-up window.
- Specify your target by choosing the sport, time and the phases.

After each phase swipe left to move to the next screen.

- At the final phase, tap Create target to move it to your training calendar.
