Can the display and buttons of my Polar device be replaced?

If you are experiencing problems with the display or buttons of your Polar device, we recommend first going through the following troubleshooting instructions that might help solve the problem.

If the touch display of your Polar device stops working or works poorly, there might be a software glitch in your device, or the display may be damaged. Try the following steps:

  • Remove any third-party screen protector. A worn-out third-party screen protector can cause problems with the normal operation of the display or make you think that the display is broken.
  • Clean your device using a mild soap and water solution and running water. Dry with a soft towel.
  • Restart your device.
  • Reset the device to factory settings and set it up again.

Check the user manual or product support of your Polar device at support.polar.com for instructions on care and maintenance as well as restarting and resetting your device.

If the buttons of your Polar device do not respond or seem to be stuck:

  • Clean your device using a mild soap and water solution and running water. Dry with a soft towel.
  • Reset the device to factory settings and set it up again.

Check the user manual or product support of your Polar device at support.polar.com for instructions on care and maintenance as well as restarting and resetting your device.

If none of the above steps help, depending on your device model, the display and buttons or the entire device need to be replaced.
