See below what you need to do if the battery of your Polar product needs to be replaced.
Devices with user-replaceable battery
You can change the battery yourself in these devices:
- H10 heart rate sensor
- H9 heart rate sensor
Please refer to the Battery replacement instructions for H10/H9 heart rate sensor.
In the package, even when not active, the battery will self-discharge. This is due to its ‘shelf life’, which refers to the length of time the battery can retain its charge when unused. As a result, the actual lifespan of the first battery, once the product is in your possession, may feel shorter than what is estimated in the user manual.
Devices with replaceable battery (Polar Service Center replacement only)
The devices listed below are equipped with a rechargeable battery. This battery can only be replaced at the Polar Central Service, where they use Polar-approved components and follow specific test protocols. Do not try to replace the battery yourself.

- Grit X Pro
