Is your watch unresponsive or frozen? Not synchronizing or otherwise not working as it should? If you have tried the usual troubleshooting steps, as a final measure please see if a factory reset will do the trick. Note that when you do this, you will need to set up your watch from scratch.

To maintain optimal performance, make sure to synchronize your watch often and always update the software of your watch when prompted.
