Our service network can help you if your Polar product needs repair. Please check first whether you are able to troubleshoot your problem with the help of Polar support pages. Our customer care team are also happy to help you.

Support and repair services are available for products on the dropdown list. If your product is not on the list, support has been discontinued.

Experiencing problems with your device? A software update or a spare part might just do the trick, in which case there is no need for you to send in your device for repair. That is why we ask you to fill in a service request before you send your device to us.

Non-warranty repairs

Non-warranty service is done by Polar Central Service. Please refer to the Recommended Price List for service charges for different types of non-warranty repairs.

Some of our devices have user-replaceable batteries. Devices equipped with rechargeable batteries need to be sent to our Central Service for battery replacement. However, if the device has a non-replaceable battery, the entire device needs to be replaced at the end of the battery’s life cycle. For more information, click here.
