Polar GoFit’s fitness assessment gives evidence of students’ fitness levels with body composition, flexibility, cardiovascular and strength assessments. It enables teachers to track and evaluate students’ fitness while guiding each one of them towards a healthy and active lifestyle.
Assessment results can be easily entered into the Polar GoFit web service, in real-time on the field or later at your desk. Teachers can straight away see and compare the results with students’ previous test data and make judgments for progress in the web service.
Reports can be created by student, test set or individual assessment to base evaluations and to forward them to school administration.
