Non-warranty repairs
Polar Service Points are able to test your heart rate sensor and electrode strap, and you able purchase battery kits for products with user replaceable batteries or have it done right there. You can also use this as a service drop-off.
Other non-warranty service is done by Polar Central Service. Please refer to the recommended price list for service charges for different types of non-warranty repairs. Please check the map below for the nearest Polar Service Point or Polar Central Service.

Service Price List
Some of our devices have user-replaceable batteries. Devices equipped with rechargeable batteries need to be sent to our Central Service for battery replacement. However, if the device has a non-replaceable battery, the entire device needs to be replaced at the end of the battery’s life cycle. For more information, click here.
Polar return service

This service will send the courier to you to collect your product and ensure that it arrives safely at the Polar in SA Service Centre. (They are usually quite quick to pick up from you.) From there the Polar in SA Customer Care Team will be in touch once they assessed your product. This should take no more than 1-2 working days. Applies to South Africa only.
