V650 sync not working since upgrading to Windows 10

Perform the following steps exactly as instructed below.

  1. Close the Polar FlowSync software.
  2. Go to Settings > System > Apps & features OR Settings > Apps & features (depending on your Windows 10 version) and find Bonjour on the list. Click on it to access the Uninstall button and click the button.
  3. Next, find Polar FlowSync on the list and uninstall it.
  4. Reboot your computer.
  5. When Windows is up and running again, re-install Polar FlowSync back to your computer: How do I install Polar FlowSync on Windows computer?
  6. Once Polar FlowSync is installed and running, please sync your V650 by following these instructions: How do I sync my V650 with the Flow web service (Windows)?
