V650 sync not working since upgrading to Windows 10
Perform the following steps exactly as instructed below.
- Close the Polar FlowSync software.
- Go to Settings > System > Apps & features OR Settings > Apps & features (depending on your Windows 10 version) and find Bonjour on the list. Click on it to access the Uninstall button and click the button.
- Next, find Polar FlowSync on the list and uninstall it.
- Reboot your computer.
- When Windows is up and running again, re-install Polar FlowSync back to your computer: How do I install Polar FlowSync on Windows computer?
- Once Polar FlowSync is installed and running, please sync your V650 by following these instructions: How do I sync my V650 with the Flow web service (Windows)?
