Unauthorized changes to your Polar account

Applies to: Flow web service

If you receive a message that the password or email address linked to your Polar account has been changed but you didn't make any changes yourself, do not click any links in the email. It’s always possible someone is trying to access your Polar account without authorization.

First, go to flow.polar.com and see if you can sign in to your Polar account using your original password. If you're already signed in, sign out first and try signing in again.

If you can sign in as usual, your password or email address has not been changed.

If you can't sign in, go directly to flow.polar.com/resetPassword and try resetting your password. Do not use any links in the email to reset your password.

If you suspect that someone has accessed your Polar account, contact Polar Customer Care at https://support.polar.com/en/contact.
