Custom button

The custom button, located at the top left of the watch, provides quick access to selected functions. By default, the custom button turns the backlight on or off. You can assign one function to the custom button for time mode. For training, you can assign a separate function for each sport.

Press the custom button briefly to activate the function assigned to the current mode. If the backlight is off, the first press turns it on, and the second press activates the assigned function. Pressing and holding the custom button locks or unlocks the buttons and touchscreen.

The custom button is available only in time mode and training views, not in settings or menus.

Function for time mode

You can select the custom button function for time mode from Settings > General settings > Custom button. The following options are available:

• Display on/off: Turns the display on or off.

• ECG test: Opens the ECG test.

• Breathing exercise: Starts the Serene breathing exercise.

• Flashlight: Turns the flashlight on.

• Flashlight: Turns the flashlight on or off.

• Open quick settings: Opens the Quick settings menu.

• Open notifications: Opens the notifications view.

• Lock buttons and touch: Locks the buttons and touchscreen.

• Off: No function is assigned to the custom button.

Sport-specific function for training

You can select the sport-specific function for training either from the main menu (Settings > Sport settings > Sport > Custom button) or in pre-training or pause mode (Settings > Sport settings > Custom button). The following options are available:

• Take a LAP: Takes a lap.

• Show time of day: Shows the time of day for 6 seconds, then returns to the previous display.

• Show display 1: Switches to the first training view for 6 seconds, then returns to the previous view.

• Display on/off: Turns the display on or off.

• Flashlight: Turns the flashlight on.

• Off: No function is assigned to the custom button.
