Menu continues until the end of 2019


Due to the feedback we have received regarding, we will continue supporting the service until the end of 2019.

Over the past week, we’ve received several notes, calls, and emails from our passionate Polar users voicing their concern about the service ending. We’re pleased to reach out to you today to let you know that we heard your concerns, and will continue supporting the service until the end of December 2019. This means that you can continue using the service and your Polar product just as you have done until this date.

We understand how invaluable you find your training data, and are working hard to find a better solution to transfer your data and training history into our Polar Flow service. Although we can’t offer a concrete timeline or solution at this moment, trust that we are working toward an easier transition and will inform you as soon as we learn more on the topic.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused by our previous announcement. We highly value our customers’ feedback and long-time dedication, and hope you’ll continue to use Polar in the future.
