Polar Flow app version 7.35.0 for iOS
Polar Flow app has been updated for iOS users.
This update adds support for the latest Polar Loop Gen 2 firmware update, which includes:
- Energy sources for automatically tracked training sessions – a breakdown of fats, carbohydrates and proteins used in each session.
- Improved pairing guidance – if you already have the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings after a factory reset or have paired it there, you'll get a notification to remove the pairing before you can properly do it in the Flow app.

- Training session improvements – the session calculations no longer result in duplicate sessions when Track training automatically is enabled. When starting a session, you only choose whether to use Phone GPS with outdoor sports. Device connection status is shown along with the device image in the training pause view.
For Verity Sense, you can now choose whether to allow USB use with your computer and FlowSync in the device settings. Requires firmware version 3.0.15 or newer.
In the Fitness Program, you can now better preview your current 4‑week training plan when creating your plan, editing it, and on the program’s front page.
