Polar Flow app version 6.16.0 for iOS

Polar Flow app has been updated for iOS users. This is mainly a bug fixes release for improving the app quality. Also, this version no longer supports iOS 14. We recommend upgrading to iOS 15 or newer to keep getting the latest Flow app features and fixes.
