Polar Flow update - Training session HRV data downloadable
Polar Flow web service has undergone a couple of changes:
Training sessions done with an ECG heart rate sensor now contain a downloadable heart rate variability (HRV) data file. Data can be exported as a CSV file on the Training analysis page. Please note that the HRV data is not available in the following cases:
- Training sessions done with the Polar Beat app and M600 do not contain an HRV data file even if the sessions were done using an ECG heart rate sensor.
- Training sessions recorded to the internal memory of H10 are processed in the Polar Beat app, so they do not contain an HRV file.
- When an optical heart rate sensor is used as the heart rate source, an HRV file is not available.
Maximum aerobic speed (MAS), Maximum aerobic power (MAP) and Functional threshold power (FTP) settings are now available under Physical settings. Go to your profile and then to Settings to see and edit your values.
