Switch to daylight savings time on your watch by syncing it with Flow

Typically, regions that use daylight savings time adjust clocks forward one hour close to the start of spring, and adjust them one hour back in the fall.
When switching to or from daylight savings time you can set the correct time to your watch by syncing it with the Flow web service or app. The correct time will automatically be updated to your watch when syncing.
