Can I use Polar Balance without a wrist unit?

The Polar Balance web service can also be used without a Polar wrist unit. In this case you cannot receive guidance based on your daily activity. To get guidance based on your actual activity you need a Polar wrist unit with the activity tracking feature.
To use Polar Balance without a Polar wrist unit:
Go to www.polar.com/flow and sign in with your Polar account if you have one. If not, create an account.
- Click your name/profile photo in the upper right corner.
- Choose Products.
- Click Add device.
- Enter the device ID found on the back of the scale
- Click Register.
Your Polar Balance scale is now added to the web service. Choose the Diary tab, and choose Balance to access the Balance weight management service.
