Sharing Polar Flow training sessions
Applies to: Flow app Flow for Coach Flow web service
To share your training session as a link:
Open one of your training sessions and tap the Share button:
. Choose Link from the sharing options.
Tap Share to confirm.
Select where you want to share your training session.
The Link icon
now shows that the training session is shared.
To stop sharing a training session:
Open the shared training session and tap the Link button.
Accept a confirmation to stop sharing this training session.
By default the training sessions are private. However, you can share any of your training sessions from Polar Flow with whoever you want with a web link. The training session can be seen only via the shared link, and you can turn the sharing off whenever you want.
To share your training session as a link:
Open one of your past training sessions.

Click the Share button on the top right corner.
Click Copy link. The link copies to your clipboard.

You can now paste the link to wherever you want.
To stop sharing a training session:
- Go to the training session view.
- Click Share button and
- Click Remove link. The link that you previously shared, will not work anymore.
