Find My Phone

The Find My Phone feature allows you to locate your lost or misplaced phone using your watch. It shows the last synced location of your phone on your watch map, and lets you play a sound on your phone when it's within Bluetooth range. To use the feature, your phone must be paired with your watch. For instructions, see Pairing a mobile device with your watch. You also need to allow the Flow app to access your phone's location to accurately find your phone.

Using the Find My Phone feature outside of training

Swipe down from the top of the display in time view to pull down the Quick settings menu. Swipe left or right to browse and tap to choose Find my phone.

  • Connected: Connected is shown when your phone is within Bluetooth range and connected to your watch.
  • Last connected: If your phone is not connected to your watch, the time it was last connected will be shown.
  • Disabled: The Find My Phone feature is disabled when Flight mode is on or the feature is turned off in the device settings in the Flow app.

Alternatively, go to Settings > General settings > Pair and sync > Paired devices.

Choose your phone from the list of paired devices, and tap Find.

When your phone is connected to your watch, tapping the Find my phone icon opens a view where the animation shows whether your phone is far or near, based on the signal strength.

Tap the sound off icon or press OK to play a sound on your phone. Note that to play sound on your phone, you need to have the Flow app running, at least in the background.

The sound on icon is shown when the watch is playing a sound on your phone. To mute the sound, tap the icon or press OK.

If your phone is not connected to your watch, tapping the Find my phone icon opens the map view and shows the last know location of your phone.

The phone icon shows where your phone was last connected to your watch. Use the UP (+) and DOWN (-) buttons to adjust the view, and pan by swiping.

When your phone is within Bluetooth range again and the connection is restored, the circle around the icon will turn green, and the phone icon is replaced with a sound off icon. Tap the sound off icon to play a sound on your phone. Note that to play sound on your phone, you need to have the Flow app running, at least in the background.

Return to time view by pressing the BACK button.

Using the Find My Phone feature during training

During training you can access the Find My Phone feature via the Quick menu in pre-training and pause modes.

The phone icon shows where your phone was last connected to your watch. Use the UP (+) and DOWN (-) buttons to adjust the view, and pan by swiping.

When your phone is within Bluetooth range again and the connection is restored, the circle around the icon will turn green, and the phone icon is replaced with a sound off icon. Return to the quick menu by pressing the BACK button.

Receive a notification if you leave your phone behind

You can activate an internal notification on your watch that will notify you if you leave your phone behind. You can enable it in Settings > General > Notifications. When the connection to your phone has been lost for more than 20 seconds, Did you forget your phone? will appear on your watch. Press OK and tap Find to use the Find My Phone feature to locate your phone. If you'd like to temporarily turn off the notification, you can dismiss it for 1 hour, 8 hours, or the rest of the day.

Turning the Find My Phone feature on/off in Flow app

You can turn the Find My Phone feature on or off in the device settings of the Flow app. By default, the feature is on. In the Flow app, go to Devices. Scroll down to Find my phone and turn the feature on/off.
