Non-warranty repairs
Non-warranty service is done by Authorized Service Centers or by Polar Central Service. Please refer to the recommended price list for service charges for different types of non-warranty repairs. Please check the map below for the nearest Authorized Service point. You can also use an Authorized Service point as a service drop-off if your service case is more complex and needs to be sent to Central Service. Some of our devices have user-replaceable batteries. Devices equipped with rechargeable batteries need to be sent to our Central Service for battery replacement. However, if the device has a non-replaceable battery, the entire device needs to be replaced at the end of the battery’s life cycle. For more information, click here.
