My Verity Sense doesn’t charge, what can I do?
If your Verity Sense does not charge, try the following:
- Make sure the Verity Sense sensor is placed correctly in the USB adapter. The sensor should be in the USB adapter with the lens facing up so that the contacts on the sensor and the USB adapter meet.
- Make sure the USB adapter is placed into the USB port correctly. The lens of the Verity Sense sensor is facing up when the adapter is placed correctly.
- Make sure there’s no moisture, dust or dirt on the charging contacts of your Verity Sense and USB charging adapter.
Note that it may take several minutes for the charging to start if the battery is completely empty. When charging, the status LED blinks certain colors to indicate the battery status of the sensor:
- Red: 0-9%
- Orange: 10-29%
- Yellow: 30-79%
- Green: 80-99%
- Green LED is continuously on when the battery is full
When you charge the sensor via a wall outlet, the sensor will automatically sync with the Polar Flow app if your phone is within the Bluetooth range. The LED blinks blue during synchronization.
