How do I sync my Verity Sense with the Polar Flow app

Applies to: Verity Sense

You can wirelessly transfer data from your Verity Sense to the Polar Flow app via Bluetooth. If your phone is connected to the internet, the data will also sync automatically with the Flow web service. To sync data between your Verity Sense and the Flow app, you need a Polar account. If you've already set up your Verity Sense, your Polar account was created at the same time, if you didn't have one before.

Remember to sync and keep your data up-to-date between your Verity Sense, the web service and the mobile app wherever you are.

If you change settings in the Flow web service, the settings will be transferred to your sensor next time the sensor syncs with the Flow app.

Sync with the Flow mobile App

Before syncing make sure:

You have a Polar account and the Flow app.
Your mobile device has Bluetooth turned on, and airplane mode/flight mode is not turned on.
You have paired your sensor with your phone.

Automatic sync

Sign in to the Flow app with your Polar account.
Turn Verity Sense on by pressing the button and wait for the sync to start. The LED on the side blinks blue during synchronization.

The sensor automatically syncs with the Flow app when you stop recording a training session if your phone is within Bluetooth range. If your phone has an internet connection, your training data is also synced automatically to the Flow web service.

Sign in to the Flow app with your Polar account.
Turn on the sensor by pressing the button.
In the Flow app, go to Devices and choose Polar Verity Sense if you have more than one Polar device.
Tap Connect to connect the sensor with the Flow app.
Pull down on the screen to start syncing.

Sign in to the Flow app with your Polar account.
Turn on the sensor by pressing the button.
In the Flow app, go to Devices and choose Polar Verity Sense if you have more than one Polar device.
