Connecting Polar Flow app to Google Health Connect

Applies to: Flow app

Polar Flow app for Android supports Google Health Connect. It acts as a central hub for health and fitness data from all your supported apps.

To allow Health Connect to access your Flow data:

1. Open the Flow app and go to General settings.

2. Turn on Google Health Connect. Depending on your Android version, if you don't already have Health Connect installed, you will be redirected to the Google Play Store to install the app. After installation, it should launch automatically.

3. Choose the data you want the Flow app to share with Health Connect and tap Allow.

4. The services are now connected. If you decide to change the data you share in the future, you can tap Manage permissions.

From now on, Health Connect receives your new Flow data, provided that you keep the connection active.

To disconnect, just turn the lever to off position.
