Troubleshooting syncing and pairing your M430 with Polar Balance scale
If you encounter problems when pairing or syncing your wrist unit with the scale, it might be because of the following:
If you have removed the pairing from your wrist unit, you also need to reset the scale by removing the batteries and putting them back in before trying to pair them again.
If you do a factory reset on your wrist unit, the wrist unit must be paired with the scale again. Reset the scale by removing the batteries and putting them back in before trying to pair them again.
If you have updated the firmware of your wrist unit, the wrist unit may have to be paired with the scale again. Reset the scale by removing the batteries and putting them back in before trying to pair them again.
If you remove or change the batteries of your scale, the wrist unit must be paired with the scale again. Remove the pairing from your wrist unit, and then pair them again.
