How to use Polar A370 with Polar Club
The A370 can broadcast your heart rate data to the Polar Club app when you use a sport profile that has the Heart rate visible to other devices feature on. This is a default feature on the group exercise sport profiles. You'll use a sport profile that has the Heart rate visible to other devices feature on also to sign in to a class through the Club app.
Here's how you choose the sport profile:
In the time view, swipe the display up or down, and tap Training to enter the list of sport profiles. The heart icon begins to display your heart rate when it’s detected.
When there are many people wearing a heart rate sensor at the club, it's possible that the A370 picks up the heart rate signal from a sensor very close to it and offers pairing. If this happens, cancel the pairing.
Swipe up or down to find the group exercise sport profile you want to use. You don't have to start recording the training session. Broadcasting the heart rate signal from the A370 to the Polar Club app is now enabled. You can sign in to a class through the app and see your heart rate on the screen during the class.
Your training data is automatically saved in your personal Polar Flow account via the Club app. However, if you want to record the training session also with your Polar A370, you can do so. Tap the chosen sport icon to start recording the session.
If you have problems getting your heart rate on the screen, make sure that the Heart rate visible to other device feature is set on in the sport profile's settings. You can check the sport profile settings from the Flow web service.
