How do I pair my Polar device with the Polar Flow app?

Applies to: M400, M460, Polar Flow app

Before pairing, make sure:

• Your mobile device has Bluetooth turned on
• Airplane mode/flight mode is not turned on (on both your Polar device and mobile device)
• Your mobile device is connected to the Internet
• You have downloaded Polar Flow app from the App Store or from Google Play and installed it on your mobile device
• You have registered your Polar device in the Polar Flow web service with your computer

  

To pair a mobile device:

1. On your mobile device, open the Polar Flow app and sign in with your Polar account.
2. On your Polar device, go to Settings > General settings > Pair and sync > Pair and sync mobile device and press START.
3. Confirm from other device pin xxxxxx is displayed on your Polar device. Enter the pin code from the Polar device on the mobile device. The pairing starts.

   

4. Pairing completed is displayed on your Polar device when you are done.
