Activity and Recovery Status issues

You might be experiencing problems of the following nature:

  • Daily Activity is not reset in your wrist unit at midnight but instead the previous day's activity keeps accumulating. However, the activity percentage is shown correctly in your Polar Flow mobile application, and in Polar Flow web service after you sync the wrist unit with a USB cable.
  • The Recovery status view in Polar Flow web service may be showing incorrect status levels.

Please note that your Polar device is not faulty nor are you using it incorrectly. We are working on fixing these issues as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
