一般要求：

• Polar GoFit 账户
• 可连接互联网的电脑，以访问 Polar GoFit 网络服务

如要上心率课，还需要：

• 一部 iPad，有可靠且快速的移动数据或 Wi-Fi 连接
• Polar GoFit 应用程式，可从 App Store 下载
• 可与 Polar GoFit 一起使用的心率传感器与胸带

全球性网络浏览器

我们建议使用最新版本的现代网页浏览器。

不建议使用 Internet Explorer。

• iPadOS 13.2 及更高版本
