How to optimize the settings of my H10/OH1 heart rate sensor?
Polar Beat is compatible with Polar OH1 and H10 heart rate sensors.
To optimize sensor battery life, turn off sensor visibility to other compatible devices. Go to Settings > HR sensor under currently paired HR sensor.
If you are a Polar H10 user, set GymLink ON if you wish to use the sensor simultaneously with other compatible Polar training computers or see your heart rate data with compatible gym equipment.
