Points of interest (POI)
Enhance your navigation with Point of Interest (POI) to easily locate key landmarks like shelters, supermarkets, cafés, and more. Whether you’re training or exploring, POI helps you find these locations on your map or offers a direct beeline route with distance guidance to your chosen point. You can also set your own custom POIs and navigate to them with precision. The feature is available both during training and outside of training.
The POI feature is available with firmware version 3.0 or newer. To use the feature, you need a detailed map file on your watch that contains POI information. If your watch has an old map file, POI information may be missing from it. In this case, your watch prompts you to download an updated map file. Download the updated map file from the Flow web service and transfer it to your watch.
During training, press OK in the map navigation training view to open the menu and then choose Points of interest. The following options are displayed: Set point on map, Choose from list and Choose shown POIs.

Outside of training, you can access the feature via the map navigation menu:

Set point on map
You can set your own point on the map and navigate to it using the guidance. Use the UP (+) and DOWN (-) buttons to adjust the view, and pan by swiping. When the cursor is at the desired location on the map, press OK. The guidance on the map shows the direction and direct distance (beeline) to the point you set on the map.

Choose from list
Choose a POI category and the watch will show the POIs of that category. The 20 nearest POIs within 200 kilometers are shown. Choose the point you want, and either show it on the map or start guidance to it. The guidance on the map shows the direction and the direct distance (beeline) to the chosen point.

Choose shown POIs
Choose the POI categories you want to be show on the map. Return to the map navigation view by pressing BACK.
