How to use Polar Balance scale with Polar Flow

If the Polar Balance scale is not compatible with your Polar watch, it cannot be paired or used directly with them. However, you can register the Polar Balance scale to Polar Flow and use it that way.
To register the Balance scale to your Flow account
Go to www.polar.com/flow and sign in with your Polar account.
- Click your name/profile photo in the upper right corner.
- Choose Products.
- Click Add device.
- Enter the device ID found on the back of the scale.
- Click Register.
After you’ve registered the scale to your Flow account, weigh yourself and update your weight to the Flow app.
Note that after registering the Balance scale it might take a moment for the Balance menu to appear in the Flow app. If it does not appear, on iOS devices you can refresh the More menu in the Flow app by swiping down on the screen. On Android devices, signing out and signing back into the Flow app works as well if the Balance menu is not visible right away.
To update your weight to the Flow app
- Open the Polar Flow app on your phone.
- Tap Balance from the app menu.
- Step on the Balance scale.
- Tap the scale icon in the top right corner of the app.
You weight is updated to the Flow app from the scale.

If the Polar Balance scale is not compatible with your Polar watch, you should not attempt to pair your Polar Balance scale with it.
