Troubleshooting V650 Sensors
Troubleshooting Heart Rate Sensor
To pair a heart rate sensor with your V650:
- Wear your heart rate sensor and go to General Settings > Pairing > Pair new device.
- V650 starts searching for your heart rate sensor.
- V650 lists the devices it finds. Tap the device you want to pair.
- Pairing succeeded is displayed when you are done.

If yes, check that you've paired the sensor with the training computer.
If not, check that the sensor is compatible with your training computer. For more information, see What sensors and accessories is my Polar training computer compatible with?
Relocating the training device or adjusting the heart rate sensor on your body may help. Possible sources of disturbance are listed here.
The battery lifetime of Polar H9/H10 is about 400 hours.

Troubleshooting Speed Sensor Bluetooth® Smart
To pair a speed sensor with your V650:
- Go to General Settings > Pairing > Pair new device.
- V650 starts searching for the speed sensor. Rotate the wheel a few times to activate the sensor. The flashing red light in the sensor tells you that the sensor is activated.
- V650 lists the devices it finds. Tap the device you want to pair.
- Pairing succeeded is displayed when you are done.
- Link the sensor to Bike 1, Bike 2, Bike 3 or Bike 4.
The light indicates that the speed sensor is positioned correctly and that the sensor is alive. For more on positioning, see the speed sensor user manual or installation video.
Troubleshooting Cadence Sensor Bluetooth® Smart
To pair a cadence sensor with your V650:
- Go to General Settings > Pairing > Pair new device.
- V650 starts searching for the cadence sensor. Rotate the crank a few times to activate the sensor. The flashing red light in the sensor tells you that the sensor is activated.
- V650 lists the devices it finds. Tap the device you want to pair.
- Pairing succeeded is displayed when you are done.
- Link the sensor to Bike 1, Bike 2, Bike 3 or Bike 4.
