Polar Flow - Training report enhancements
This week is full of improvements and we’re happy to be able to share them with you. The Flow Progress report has not only got visual updates but also some handy usage improvements. Firstly, the Y-axis in the progress report went through a renewal and the scaling has now been improved to better indicate the weight and speed variations. Also at the same time the report got a new component from the altitude selection. It enables you to see the ascent and descent values from your training sessions from day to day climbs to your yearly descents. Last but not least, you can now choose to view the report with multiple sports profiles.
There are also visual changes we’ve done to spice up the Flow appearance and to better indicate the stored data. For example, you can see the line graphs got a facelift and if you hover over the bars, you’ll find a more detailed representation of each session from the tooltip box.
One more to point out is the Best Sessions -report on the bottom of the Training report’s progress page -it now shows the top averages for each value for you to get a quick glimpse of your best ones.
You can find the complete list of bug fixes from the Polar Flow Release Notes.
