Polar Flow web service update – Beat and H10 sessions added to daily activity and recovery status
From now on Polar Flow will add training sessions done with Polar Beat or an H10 heart rate sensor to your daily activity and recovery status if you’ve also registered a device that enables these features in Polar Flow. Note that this change applies to sessions from today onwards so previous sessions are not recalculated.
For example, if you normally use a V800 for your sessions, but use an H10 on its own to record a swimming session, Flow will now also add the calories burned in your H10 swim session to your daily activity and recovery status. The same applies if you have a Polar Loop but go for a run with the Polar Beat app.
Note that the recovery status feature is available for V650, V800, M400, M430, M450 and M460.
This release includes the following improvements/fixes:
- TrainingPeaks training views for M460 users are now shown as 'Advanced Power'. In addition long training view names are changed to acronyms (Training Stress Score = TSS).
- Flow notifications give an error in some cases, fixed
- Other minor bug fixes improving quality
