Improvements and new features in Flow web service

Hey folks, we have a bunch of new features and improvements we can’t wait to tell you! So let’s get started.

The first exciting improvement we’re eager to share with you are the new sport profiles we’ve added to Flow. Check them out below! In addition to these new sport profiles, we’ve done improvements to the existing ones as well and added new training view items. As a usability improvement we’ve categorized the sports so that you can find your desired sport more easily.

ZoneLock for Speed and Pace zones

And there’s another improvement we’re sure you’ll be happy about! You remember the speed and pace zones which we introduced to you a few months back?  They work just like heart rate zones, however the intensity of your training is based on your speed or pace. Now you can benefit even more from this feature with the ZoneLock!  To use the zone lock, just set it available from Flow sport profiles and sync the settings to your device. During a training session press and hold the START button to lock the zone you’re currently in. Check the details how it works from here.

Also some other nasty bugs such as the time zone showing wrong in the exported file has now been fixed.
