Why won't my M600 connect to Wi-Fi?

Your phone and M600 share data through the Wear OS cloud sync. So, you must turn cloud sync on in the Wear OS app on your phone.

To turn Wear OS cloud sync on:

  1. In the Wear OS app on your phone, tap the Settings icon.
  2. Tap Privacy & personal data.
  3. Then tap Cloud sync.
  4. Move the switch to On position.

Android and iPhone users

To connect the M600 to a Wi-Fi network:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the home screen to access the Quick settings menu.
  2. Tap the settings icon.
  3. Scroll the Settings menu to find and tap Connectivity.
  4. Tap Wi-Fi.
  5. Tap +Add network.
  6. Wait for the smartwatch to find available Wi-Fi networks, and find and tap the one you want to connect to.
  7. If the network you chose requires a password, you'll need to enter the password on your phone. Tap Enter on phone, then on your phone, enter the password for the Wi-Fi network and tap Connect.

To turn Wi-Fi on and off:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the home screen to access the Quick settings menu.
  2. Tap the settings icon.
  3. Scroll the Settings menu to find and tap Connectivity.
  4. Tap Wi-Fi.
  5. Tap Wi-Fi to toggle between Wi-Fi Automatic and Wi-Fi Off.

You can save the M600 battery life by not allowing your smartwatch to use Wi-Fi.
