Why can't I open the Polar app on my M600?
You can't use the training and activity features of the Polar app on your M600 before you've activated the app.
If you press the front button or tap the Polar app in the apps menu to open it and see a card telling you to "Get started. Continue with Polar Flow on your mobile." it means you haven't completed the setup process and activated the Polar app on your M600.
To activate the Polar app on your M600
Go through the following steps on your phone while keeping the M600 close by:
- Download and install the Polar Flow app to your phone, or if you already have the app on your phone, make sure it's the latest version.
- Open the app.
iPhone users: You need to press the front button of your M600 to open the Polar app on the smartwatch while you have the Polar Flow app open on your phone. Then tap Start on your phone.
- Choose whether you'll wear the smartwatch on your left or right wrist, and tap Continue. iPhone users: tap Save and sync.
- Sign in with your Polar account, or create a new one.
- You'll see "Setup completed" when you've succesfully activated the Polar app on your M600.
You can now start to use the Polar app features on your M600.
