What should I do if my Polar Loop 2 says REPLUG USB?

If your activity tracker displays REPLUG USB, first disconnect the USB cable from your computer, and then reconnect it. If this doesn't help and you still get the REPLUG USB message, try another USB port or USB adapter.

Keep the charging port clean. Gently remove any dust, hair or dirt accumulated on the charging pins. Use a dry cleaning cloth-something you'd use to clean glasses. You can also use, for example, a toothbrush to reach all that hard-to-remove dirt in the cavity. Do NOT use alcohol, cleaning chemicals, or any abrasive material, such as steel wool.

Don't charge the device when the charging port is wet or sweaty. Let it dry before plugging in the charging cable.
