What should I do if the V650 software behaves strangely?

You can do a factory reset on your V650. All data that you have synced from V650 to your Flow account is safe. Factory reset disconnects V650 from your user account and deletes all data on the device.

To factory reset

1. Plug in V650 to your computer’s USB port and go to FlowSync software. The Polar FlowSync software transfers your training information to the Polar Flow web service.
2. Click the settings icon (1) and select FACTORY RESET (2). It takes a moment to the restore factory settings. Then unplug the V650 and plug it again.
3. Once Flow web service landing page opens, select Sign in and use your existing Flow username and password to log in.
4. Accept the settings and press Done in the end.
