RCX5 / RCX3 :
Check that your training computer is activated and within 3 m / 9.84 ft from DataLink. In some cases placing training computer right next to DataLink helps.
If you have selected Remember me option, synchronization restarts automatically when WebSync finds your RCX5 or RCX3 training computer.
If you receive the error while editing RCX5/RCX3 settings, restart the data synchronization from your training computer by select Connect - Start.
Remove your training computer from FlowLink, wait until Align light turns off on FlowLink and place the training computer carefully on FlowLink. The training computer may have moved during data transfer. Even a slight movement during data synchronization may disrupt the data synchronization.
If you have selected Remember me option, synchronization restarts automatically when you place your activity/training computer onto FlowLink.
If synchronization does not restart automatically, click Synchronize again.
Do not move the product during the data transfer! Do not place the FlowLink on a metallic surface when transferring data.
Check that you do not have plastic protection shield on FlowLink.
