What should I do if my Polar Loop 2 says MEM FULL or PLEASE SYNC?

If your activity tracker keeps displaying either message, and you are using only the Flow mobile app to sync,

  1. Connect your Polar Loop 2 with the USB cable to a computer that has Polar FlowSync installed and running. See if a synchronization with a USB cable resolves the issue.
  2. If not, reset factory settings to your Polar Loop 2. See the related document on how to do that.

In case factory reset doesn't help, contact customer care.

Also, it's a good idea to sync your activity tracker via FlowSync every once in a while to see if there are updates waiting for it. Firmware updates can only be installed via FlowSync.
