What should I do if my Polar Loop 2 says MEM FULL or PLEASE SYNC?
If your activity tracker keeps displaying either message, and you are using only the Flow mobile app to sync,
- Connect your Polar Loop 2 with the USB cable to a computer that has Polar FlowSync installed and running. See if a synchronization with a USB cable resolves the issue.
- If not, reset factory settings to your Polar Loop 2. See the related document on how to do that.
In case factory reset doesn't help, contact customer care.
Also, it's a good idea to sync your activity tracker via FlowSync every once in a while to see if there are updates waiting for it. Firmware updates can only be installed via FlowSync.
