Polar Club—Group Exercise with Heart Rate
Get ready for the only group class where every heart beat counts. Polar Club is a heart rate based group fitness app that brings exciting group exercise classes to fitness clubs. Reaching your workout targets has never been this easy! During class, you will see your real-time heart rate and calories burned on the big screen. With color-coded heart rate zones, your instructor will be able to give you immediate guidance during the class—keeping you on the right track. After the class, your individual workout summary will automatically upload to your Polar Flow account. You'll see your personal training data in the Polar Flow web service at polar.com/flow. You can use Polar Flow web service together with Polar training devices and gain deeper insight into your own training.
Polar account is your ticket to all the Polar services. To get started, create a Polar account in the Polar Flow web service at polar.com/flow. You can also create an account when signing in to a class through the app at the club for the first time.
To see your heart rate on screen, you need to wear a compatible Polar device. The Polar Club uses Bluetooth® technology and is compatible with several Polar heart rate sensors and fitness trackers. Please see the list of compatible Polar heart rate sensors and fitness trackers on the support page. If you don’t have your own Polar device yet, our Polar Clubs are more than happy to lend you a heart rate sensor for the class.
If you’re interested in heart rate based group exercise, check out if there’s a Polar Club near you. Start by searching for your own Polar Club from the Polar Flow web service at polar.com/flow by going to the Community tab and then selecting Clubs. Search for clubs by using any of the following search criteria: sport, club's location or free text search.
