I’ve made changes in the Polar Flow web service/app, but I can’t see them on my Polar device

If you change settings, create or update sport profiles, create training targets or add favorites in the Polar Flow web service or Polar Flow app, you need to sync the changes to your Polar device.

You have two ways to sync the changed settings to your Polar device:

Sync via FlowSync

If you make the changes in the Flow web service while your Polar device is plugged into your computer, you need to press SYNCHRONIZE on FlowSync to send the changes to your Polar device as well. If your Polar device is not plugged into your computer, the changes are sent to your Polar device in the next sync.

Sync with the Polar Flow app

You can also sync the changes to your Polar device using the Polar Flow mobile app. After you've made the changes in the Flow web service, you need to refresh the Polar Flow app on your mobile to sync the changes to the app. Or, you can make the changes directly on the mobile app. Then you need to sync your Polar device with the mobile app to send the changed settings to the device.
