How do I reset my Polar Loop/Polar Loop 2?

If you are having problems with your activity tracker, you can try factory reset to resolve the situation.

Factory reset disconnets Polar Loop/Polar Loop 2 from your user account and deletes all data on the device.

To factory reset:

  1. Plug in Polar Loop/Polar Loop 2 to your computer’s USB port and go to FlowSync software.
  2. Click Settings and FACTORY RESET. It takes a moment to the restore factory settings. Then unplug the Polar Loop/Polar Loop 2 and plug it again.
  3. Once the Flow web service landing page opens, select Sign in and use your existing credentials to log in.
  4. Accept the settings and press Done in the end.
