How do I create training targets?

​Starting with Polar Flow app v.3.2 you can create training targets on your mobile.

Create quick target

  1. Go to Training calendar view.
  2. Hit the plus button on the upper right corner of the view.

     
  3. Choose Add quick target on the pop-up window.
  4. Specify your target by distance or duration or calories. Then choose your sport and the rest of the target specs.

  5. Finally tap Create target and your target is added to your training calendar view.

Create phased target

  1. Go to Training calendar view.
  2. Hit the plus button on the upper right corner of the view.

     
  3. Choose Add phased target on the pop-up window.

     
  4. Specify your target by choosing the sport, time and the phases.

    After each phase swipe left to move to the next screen.
     ►    ►

     
  5. At the final phase, tap Create target to move it to your training calendar.
