How do I add a training session to Polar Flow web service manually?

  1. Go to your DIARY and click Add > Training session.



    Or hover your mouse over a date on your DIARY and click +Add > Training result.


     
  2. Enter Date and Time. Select Sport. Write some notes about the training, if you wish.
  3. Enter Duration and, if you like, other details about your session. Depending on the sport you’ve selected, you can add either speed or pace for the session. The more details you add, the more accurate the statistics of your trainings in the Progress view.
  4. Click Save.

Note that manually added training sessions don’t affect your active time, daily activity goal, Training Load and Recovery Status. Manually added training sessions are not synced to the training device or Polar Flow app.
