How can I pair my Polar wrist unit with the Polar Balance scale?

Before pairing your wrist unit with scale, make sure you’ve done the first time setup for your wrist unit in the Flow web service. Also make sure you have the latest firmware on your wrist unit.
- Step on the scale, the display shows your weight.
- After a beep sound, the Bluetooth icon starts flashing, which means that the connection is now on. The scale is now ready to be paired with a Polar wrist unit, such as a training device or an activity tracker.
- Press the button* on your wrist unit and wait until your wrist unit display indicates the pairing is complete.
*If your wrist unit has one button, press it until the display turns on and wait. If your wrist unit has five buttons (for example Polar 400), press and hold the BACK button for 2 seconds and wait.
