Why is a Polar OH1+ optical heart rate sensor recommended?
Polar OH1+ is a combo heart rate sensor that connects to Bluetooth® Smart enabled devices, as well as to many Polar products and compatible gym equipment. Therefore the players can also use the OH1+ optical heart rate sensors in their own training with a compatible Polar heart rate monitor or gym equipment, and save their training data in the Polar Flow web service.
The Polar Team application also saves data from OH1+ heart rate sensors, and the internal memory of OH1+ allows you to also record training sessions when not connected to an external recording device. The OH1+ optical heart rate sensor also connects to the Polar Beat application. Players can use Beat during their training and save the data in the Polar Flow web service.
