Troubleshooting for base station blue 3 light

 

1) Is transmitter inserted into charger correctly?
→ Insert transmitter into the charger so that the P of Polar logo is not visible.

2) Is the power cable plugged into the charger?
→Plug the power cable into charger and into wall outlet.

3) Is there a contact problem between the transmitter and charger?
→ Remove the transmitters that were not found from the charger and insert them back. You can also try to insert the transmitters into another slot of the charger.

4) Is there problem with the wizard?
→ Finish Wizard and add the rest of the transmitters with Add New Transmitters
feature (ToolsAdd New Transmitter).
